I sit here and write this blog post in utter disbelief that a whole entire year has passed since I have photographed the amazing event that was Natasha & Jerry’s wedding! A WHOLE YEAR! Doesn’t seem possible. In that year, I’ve been quite busy (got married, had a baby, all the while running two businesses… you know, just a little busy…) I originally wanted to make this post when the feature of their wedding was published in the awesome California Wedding Day Magazine. That came and went. And then I decided I would post about it when I finally launched my new web site, which was launched a couple months ago… That didn’t happen. And then all of a sudden I woke up this morning and realized it was October 15th, so what better day than to post about this amazing wedding than on their first anniversary?
So, happy anniversary, Natasha & Jerry! Your wedding was truly an event of a lifetime and I am so happy to finally share these images with the world! I hope this year has been nothing short of amazing and I wish you many, many more that continue to be happier and happier!
Thanks so much to the wonderful team behind Jowy Productions- they are so great and produce the most amazing events. I love working with them each time!
The whole day took place at the gorgeous and famous Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in the heart of Hollywood. It was the perfect venue for this chic, sophisticated, spectacular event! The bride and all her ladies got ready in the fabulous penthouse suite which had the best views of Hollywood… and some super awesome light.
Natasha wore a gorgeous Kenneth Pool gown.
One of my very favorite images, ever.
Jerry & the guys got ready at the nearby London Hotel. Thanks to my lovely assistant for the day Heidi for getting these great shots of them getting ready while I hung out with the ladies!
This whole wedding had me saying “Is this real life??”
The First Look. They are so obviously in love!
What a good-looking couple!
Here’s Natasha with one of my former clients Lindsey. So fun to shoot friends of former clients!
This shot required that I go onto the roof of the building across the street… which was no easy feat but it was so worth it.
And here’s the shot of the videographer and I on the roof that one of my assistant’s Ally was able to take.
Flowers by the so, so talented and fabulous Eric Buterbaugh. These single roses in vases surrounding the altar were genius.
A petal shoot at the first kiss! Love!
The ballroom was completely transformed by the Jowy Productions team. Amazing, amazing work as always!!
My favorite First Dance photo.
The hora always brings such great energy to the dance floor! This shot was run in STAR Magazine – such a fun feature!
A million congratulations to you on a beautiful wedding and beautiful first year as a married couple! xoxo
