These pictures are amazing. What a beautiful couple (and talented photographer)!! I am so jealous that she has pictures of her man in uniform. That will be my next mission, John in uniform for some pictures! Although I will not be taking them on Skid Row… we’ll have to fine a neutral environment.

I agree with Meg I love the shot of him staring off in his turn-outs as she looks at him. There is something timeless and tastefully Heroic about it. Some how you always find a way to capture a moment without it looking staged, kuddos

As a Bakersfieldian and sister of a firefighter, these photos brought tears to my eyes. I too am in love with the photo of Nathan looking into the distance and Amber looking at him. I almost want a print for myself it’s so gorgeous.

And no, I’m not the Amber in the photo.

Hey Heather, great pictures, as always. I am so proud to be related to you.

Anyways, my favorite of this bunch is the one with the guy in his fireman get up and his girl is looking at him. Its inspiring.
